Call rec'd by elderly woman and she reports an unprofessional and stuttering attempt to solicit her to place an order to get her credit card number. This was an attempt to steal personal information. The company in question was contacted and is a legitimate and reputable corporation and does not have any association with telemarketers. Authorities have been notified.

Asked for a manager, said she was from IMS. When I asked what IMS was, she hung up. Call back and recording says disconnected.

Said they were Direct Connect. Wanted to recruit me to make money from home by helping obtain merchants to use their credit card machine. $500 for each merchant then a percentage of each sale.

They have called me multiple times but leave no voicemail. The number is not from the area code that I currently live in.

I receive calls from this number on both my cell phone and my home number at least 10 - 15 times a day. I have a payment plan with Sears and they debit my account every month yet they continue to call. When I answer there is silence for at least 60 seconds so I hang up. If I don't answer and let it go to voicemail all I get on my message is a busy signal. This is harrasement. How do I report them?

Left no message but keeps calling my phone and wont leave a message and I refuse to answer calls that I either do not know the number or it is a out of state number. I have a pre-pay phone and they keep burning up my minutes.

got a call from them over and over today.

They call saying I have a law suite against me in my home state, but when I begin to ask questions about who or what it is about they tell me I am rude and hang up on me. I am not being rude I believe I still have the right to camly ask questions. They are not americans. When I have called back they are alway people from India. They have my social security number and this scares me. If they were on the up and up, why do they hang up?
